The Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland is launching an Open Call for Expression of Interest to identify and select On-Lenders to deliver the new Brexit Impact Loan Scheme (BILS). The Scheme is to address the economic impact of Covid-19, initially on those businesses that are also impacted by Brexit.
