4th May 2022 - The Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI) is launching an Invitation for Pre-Qualification to identify interested On-Lenders to deliver a new Scheme aimed at supporting consumers and small landlords who wish to invest in the energy efficiency of a residential property(ies).
The Retrofit Loan Guarantee Scheme as described in the document below is expected to be launched in 2022 and the Invitation for Pre-Qualification is the first stage in a two-stage process to identify potential On-Lenders interested in distributing the Scheme.
Proposals submitted to the SBCI must conform to the requirements of the Invitation for Pre-Qualification.
