6th March 2023 - The Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (“SBCI”) published an Open Call for Expression of Interest on its website on 3rd February 2023 seeking potential on lenders for its Growth and Sustainability Loan Scheme (the “Open Call”).
Capitalised terms not defined in this Announcement will have the meaning given to them in the Open Call.
The SBCI wishes to make the following announcements:
1. The Deadline Date has been extended to 20th March 2023;
2. Further amendments to (1) Section 2.1 Loan Features, in particular the Minimum Interest Rate Discount and (2) Annex 2 Loan Category Weighting have been defined in the documents below.
